Job Description – Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, production, and customer service goals. -Client Relationship Management with existing and prospect clients -Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actions for optimization. -Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the Sales Manager and senior management -Event and Client Meeting Coordination -Other tasks as assingedJob Requirement ・Bachelor’s degree from communication or related major ・Min 3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in flexible plastic packaging, converting, processing manufacturing ・Good in English ・Domicile in Bekasi area
