As an Online Shop Admin, you will be responsible for the daily management of our online shop, ensuring smooth operational continuity, and providing necessary administrative support.Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of the online store.
• Manage orders, processing all incoming orders.
• Respond to all incoming chat/questions from customers.
• Ensure that product, stock, and price information is always up to date.
• Preparing description and picture of new product to be uploaded on marketplace.
• Upload New Product item on marketplace.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products online.
• Assist in the organization of sales and promotional campaigns.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in online shop administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online order handling.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media and having basic skills in product photography is a plus.
• Minimum D3 / S1 education in related field.
