Job Summary :

• Responsible to achieve distributors sales target (sell in & sell out)
• Responsible for product distribution sales target
• Responsible for distributor collection to principal
• Supervise, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives team (BA, MD, SE) & distributors
• Ensuring that the sales strategies plans well executed
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Provide sales expertise, data, and distributors process improvements
