Job Description – Perform and ensure legal activities that are relevant to laws and regulations. – Provide legal advice to ensure all activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with laws and regulations. – Review and approve legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related (e.g., agreements, employment contracts) – Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement ・Having Bachelor’s degree in Law. ・Having at least 5 years as Legal Supervisor/Leader in manufacturing industry ・Good in English, both oral and written. ・Experienced in reviewing agreements, licenses, and compliance ・Having good knowledge of corporate law and labor law. ・Having good legal analysis, critical thinking, and initiative
