Job Descriptions:

General Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining a professional work environment.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing files.

Communication Management: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and mail.

Facilities Management: Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure, coordinating with external vendors for repairs and supplies.

Inventory Management: Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

Financial Tasks: Assist with basic financial management tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports.

Requirements:
  • This role required candidate to work onsite at Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
  • Female preferred.
  • High School (SMA) or above. (Diploma and Bachelor is preferred).
  • Able to align and focus on office related works.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin (At least can do speaking).
