- Minimum D3
- Experience 3 years especially in facility service company, hospitality, service company
- Having certificate Gada Madya / Gada Utama
- Having knowledge security skill or Facility Service
- Willing to be placed in Central Java and understand the Central Java region
- Good communication skill, negotiation skill
- Composing and executing a monthly working calendar Including area visitation both for his/her supervisor and his/her own and submit it to direct superior
- To ensure that all staff are up to the NIS performance standard at all time (I.e. grooming, Attitude, Skill, Knowledge) and take any necessary action should there any discrepancies between standard and reality
- Ensuring that all staff both existing and new one has been equipped with the proper uniform, APD & basic skill knowledge (induction program)
- Ensuring that refresher I generic I skill training are being scheduled and implemented
- Meeting with user to discuss any feedbacks/problems/pending matters, summarize it and conducting a further follow up on It Immediately
- To provide summary of feedbacks/problem/pending matters to direct superior on monthly basis, exceptional will be given for any urgent matters that need immediate follow up
- To ensure that the follow up on fulfilling the staff request/replacement within his/her area in accordance to the time frame agreed in the contract
- To liaise with commercial team should there any request from client/user related to new/additional project in area and to inform/update direct superior afterward
- To ensure that all data submission related to payroll are being done in accordance to the date line (i.e. Daily Time sheet Record)
- To ensure that he/she are accessible/reachable (easy to be contacted) at any time
- To maintain the good communication flow both Internal with his/her team/area and external with user/client
