• Conducting market research on prospects and generating sales leads
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities and potential customers by phone, email and in person
• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints
• Preparing appropriate presentations, sending quotations and proposals
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
• Monitoring and ensuring receivables are promptly paid
• Preparing sales activity reports
• Achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree (S1) would be preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping industry
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fast learner and have passion for sales
• Self motivated with results-driven approach
• Excellent phone and written communicator
