Responsibilities– Identifying user requirements and writing technical specification– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation– Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders– Coordinate internal resource– Ensure resource availability and allocation– Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget– Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirementsRequirements– Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/information system– Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR software.– Solid technical background (i.e. SQL, Object Oriented Programming )– Proven working experience as a project leader in HRIS software development– Understanding Software Development Life Cycle– Excellent written and verbal communication skills– Ability to conduct problem solving, especially in technical fields– PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusBenefitsGaji Pokok, BPJS Kes., BPJS TK, Private Insurance RJ&RI, THR
