Job Description
Job Responsibilities
– Formulate relevant test plans, coordinate internal and external resources according to test tasks, making sure of the test progress, release test report – Confirmation of test problem, preliminary failure analysis, risk assessment, internal and external feedback – Do problem solving that might occur – Responsible for the construction of the test environment and improvement of test methods – Write relevant test work, training and assessment of experimenters – Measure traceability of test equipment and formulation of operating instructions – Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min bachelor’s degree in Engineering ・Conversational Mandarin proficiency (min. HSK 4 or similar) and Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 1 year of experience as Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) in electronics manufacture ・Familiar with international, national and industry standards related to electronic industries, familiar with the basic structure and circuits of mobile phones, able to design corresponding reliability verification solutions based on product characteristics and independently output product testing strategies and test cases ・Willing to do overtime and work on site ・Good communication, proactive, focused, committed and responsible
