PT. Kreasi Desain Asia is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and provide innovative solutions
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of the design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
