• Reconcile weekly and monthly transactions in preparation for month-end account closing.
• Prepare and maintain financial supporting documents such as, invoice, purchase order, and payment notice.
• Assist the team in inputting commercial terms for our Publisher/Supplier into the system.
• Reconcile and post accounts payable entries into the accounting system (NetSuite).
• Support the set up of settlements for Publisher/Supplier on a monthly or weekly basis.
• Improve workflow and automation processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with audits and perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance / Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
• Experience in Fintech or E-commerce industry will be a plus
• Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
