• Monitoring and controlling the residential environment by system.
• Responding to citizens’ complaints and coordinating with other parties related to the operational management
• Maintain unit after hand over from project team
• Monitor and coordinate the construction/renovation of houses for residents after hand over (this include coordinating with contractor/service provider)
• Preparing draft notices/ announcements for tenants, address letters as needed, including informing the IPL (Unit Management Fee) about bills and payments to all residents
• Monitoring all buildings, structures and facilities on the estate are up to code and meet safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 1 years experience as Estate Management Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property maintenance and repair
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as a team and individually.
