Job Responsibilities
– Input data of sales, purchasing, and expense data into the internal system – Issue invoice and credit notes – Coordinate travel arrangements (hotel, flight, transportation and visa) – Schedule and organize meetings for guests and staffs – Conduct market research and prepare summary – Support contract processes, NDA, MoU, and other contracts – Prepare annual budget and provide monthly and quarterly forecast updates – Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor’s degree ・Business English proficiency (ability to speak and write effectively for business purposes), please share IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC score ・Min. 2 years as Sales Assistant or Sales Administration for trading company, experienced in administrative and filing procedures, doing coordination for various arrangements ・Proficiency in MS Office ・Detail oriented, good communication, friendly, excellent time management skill, initiative
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Able to speak in Japanese ・Able to use SAP
