Job Description – Monitoring and managing the work of his subordinates includes Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Career Planning. – Conduct mediation with Labor Unions, Manpower Office, PHI and other parties, when there is a distribution or dispute – Make analysis/report related to employment such as absent, overtime, turnover, disputes, etc. – Presentation of analysis results to management / HR Region Singapore. – Other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor’s degree any major ・3 years of experience as HR handling subordinates from manufacture ・Business English proficiency. ・Experienced with Cooperation Institute (LKS) Bipartite. ・Up-to-date with Indonesian Work Labor Union Act and know the difference between old and new act.
