Job Description – Oversee and maintain server, storage, data backup and disaster recovery center – Manage company IT asset such as computers, servers, printer and networking devices. – Handle incident and user request against company internal business application – Analyze and investigate minor & major problem on business application, mitigate and apply for permanent solution – Manage change request throughout its lifecycle (planning, CAB Evaluation, implementation, UAT, release, review, closing) – Manage project task, milestone and periodically report their status -Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement – Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Information Systems – 5 Years experience in IT role – Experience in MS Dynamics NAV / BC ERP, WMS, HRIS, and IT ServiceDesk application – Experience in edge network infrastructure, server (on-premise / cloud), data backup and disaster recovery – Experience in Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS, Printer Server) – Understand programming such as PHP, Python, C/AL, AL will be advantage – Possess network and infrastructure, or cloud server certification will be advantage – Actively communicate in English
