Job Description – Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals. – Develop and implement engineering processes, policies, and procedures. – Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development. – Identify opportunities for innovation and collaborate with stakeholders to bring new ideas to life. – Track project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed. – Provide regular status updates to upper management and stakeholders. – Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. – Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change. – Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor’s degree ・3 years of experience as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Supervisor from Manufacture. ・Experience in using AutoCAD & PLC ・Experience with budgeting and cost control in engineering projects. ・Strong background in safety and quality management practices. ・Extensive experience in project management and engineering supervision.
