Qualifications & experience

• 1. Familiar with the operation and management of restaurants, with a sense of teamwork and professionalism;
• 2. Have strong organizational, management, and coordination skills and a sense of service;

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for the management of the front office to ensure the normal operation of the restaurant business;
• 2. Responsible for the implementation of the department’s service specifications and work procedures;
• 3. Responsible for the management of front office equipment and property, and strictly control material consumption and costs. ;
• 4. Responsible for on-the-job training of front office staff, and continuously improve the professional quality of all employees;
• 5. Communicate with the kitchen at any time to ensure dishes quality, properly handle customer complaints, and improve customer relations;
• 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
