• Supervise all production process activities that take place in the factory such as cutting, gluing, assembling, and other processes.
• Coordinating and directing each of his subordinates and determining the division of tasks for each of his subordinates.
• Supervise and evaluate all production activities to find deficiencies and deviations/errors so that improvements can be made for the next activity
• Other tasks will be assigned by superiors

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Management major
• Language: Able to speak and write in English
• Experience: Min. 5 years experience in Production of the manufacturing industry
• Min. 2 years experience as Production Manager
• Have leadership experience handling subordinates in a factory
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Have good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work in a team as well
• Having knowledge of Production Management
