• Receive minimum D3/S1
• Female or male between age 20 to 28 years old
• Fresh graduates and all major are welcomed
• Have experience in the retail luxury business is a plus
• Interested in the luxury business market and trends
• Detailed, target oriented, honest and willing to administrative work
• Work based on mall operational hours

Tasks & responsibilities

• Actively monitor, respond and engage with customers in store and social media
• Growing gross sales and performance, increasing customer base and maximizing profits
• Understand market trends, able to upsell and cross-sell products to every customer
• Maintain customer relationship and able to follow up their purchases
• Understand basic product photography, live streaming skill will be a plus
• Help with marketing planning and events
