Job Description – Conduct outdoor sales by managing customers across various industries – Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients – Travel to conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients – Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets – Handle daily sales administrative duties – Research competitors’ offerings, pricing, and market dynamics – Use strategic negotiation tactics to secure sales with potential and current clients – Perform other tasks as assignedJob Requirement – Min. diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field – Min. conversational level of English – 3-5 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics companies – Target-oriented, team player, hard worker – Possess active SIM A (able to drive manual/automatic cars) – Willing to work in Surabaya, including Saturdays (2x/month) – Preferably has proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
