Job Responsibility Interior Design Drafter:

Requirements: * Position is in Batam. Applicants must be in Batam or willing to relocate to Batam.

• Relevant Bachelor degree from reputable university (Interior Design/Architecture), SMK Teknik Gambar Bangunan will be considered.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience as Architectural Drafter or Interior Designer.
• Known to plan & design of architectural, furniture layouts, furniture detail drawings will be a plus.
• Proficiency in draughting using AutoCad or SketchUp and Microsoft Office is a must. (Well verse with 3ds max and photoshop would be an added advantage)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude.
• Good project management skills and able to work independently.
• Result oriented, able to work under pressure, meet deadline and do overtime (if necessary).
• Portfolio submission is required.

Job Responsibilities: * Under Manager, to liaise with Project Teams on production of Design Package.

• Able to produce design drawings under guidance / review for upcoming and ongoing Projects
• Some traveling required to attend necessary meetings in Singapore.
• Involvement in high-end project: Residential/ Retail /Office etc.
