Full Job Description

Company Profile

• Korean Macaron & Cake pastry cafe

• Located in South Jakarta in front of JIS

• Small Macaron & Cake shop of baking & coaching

Responsibilities include:

• Upholding brand standards and procedures

• Ensuring quality and consistency of our macarons

• Inventory management and ordering

• Ordering ingredients & packaging for kitchen & retail locations

• Manage food costs and minimize waste

• Manage/Keep BOH operations, procedures

• Maintaining a professional, collaborative and inclusive work environment

• Providing clear, direct feedback as needed

• Ability to thrive in a seasonal high demand – high pressure environment.

• Good communication skill

• Other duties as necessary

Minimum requirements:

• 1+ years casher experience

• English proficiency is required

• Applicant’s profile picture in the CV is required

• Passionate in working

Preferred:

• Experience with pastry technique is preferred

• Degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred

• Korean language proficiency is greatly plus

• Coffee making knowledge & experience is preferred

Work Schedule

• 10am to 7pm

• 6days/week

• Job Type: Full-time
