Job Description – Control and manage raw materials inventory to ensure availability and quality standards. – Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and headquarters in Japan to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships. – Oversee export and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient logistics management. – Monitor and manage purchase orders (POs) and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials and goods. – Conduct monthly and annual budget control activities, ensuring expenditure aligns with financial targets and objectives. – Assist in the documentation process for the purchasing department, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and halal standards. – Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement ・Bachelor’s degree in any major ・2 years of experience as Purchasing Assistant Manager or 5 years of experience as Purchasing Supervisor from manufacturing company ・Business Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3) & Conversational English proficiency.
